The Victors Discipleship Program is designed to equip us to model the life of Christ in our daily lives. Some topics to be covered include this Fall include:
(1) The Person and Work of the Holy Spirit,
(2) Spiritual Gifts,
(3) Spiritual Beings (angels and demons), and
(4) Spiritual Disciplines

This discipleship program is for you if you desire to:

– Deepen your relationship with Him
– Grow in your faith
– Connect with and build meaningful relationships with other believers
– Discover and develop your spiritual gifts
– Live as a victor through the power of the Holy Spirit

This special program is designed to help people experience freedom from addictions through Christ. It follows after Pastor Cleto Mhuru’s own personal testimony of how God transformed his own life from alcohol and drug addiction and brought him from a place of brokenness and despair into a life of freedom and a calling to preach the Gospel. His testimony is not presented as a claim that everyone’s journey will look exactly the same. Rather, it is a testimony that change is possible, freedom is possible, and no one’s story is beyond God’s ability to redeem and transform. Through biblical teaching, prayer, mentorship, accountability, practical guidance, and community, participants will be encouraged and equipped to confront destructive patterns and pursue freedom through the transforming power of Jesus Christ.

At the same time, we recognize that addiction can involve complex physical, psychological, emotional, and social factors. This ministry is not intended to replace professional treatment or medical care. Where appropriate, participants will be encouraged and referred to qualified counselors, therapists, physicians, addiction specialists, treatment programs, and other appropriate professional services.
